SOLUTION
The EDUCAUSE conference specializes in advancing higher education and its professionals through technology. The 2015 conference took place in Indianapolis known for its history in racing and the legendary Indie 500. The clear connection between the speciality of the conference and the 2015 location could be found in the use of the pennant flag that has roots in both racing and higher education. By developing and designing a brand based on the pennant flag, each social media post made by Google for Education about the conference was easily identifiable as part of the series. The brand created for the social media platforms went on to influence the physical booth space that Google for Education maintained during the conference, and custom pennant flags were printed and throughout the space.
